New to home brew

My missus bought me a kit for Christmas last year. Unfortunately we didn't have the space for me to set up until this year. My mates chipped in and bought me a kegging system a few months back. It has been challenging, rewarding and frustrating in equal measures.

Since April I have made the following:-

Spitfire Bitter* (Dave Home Brew)

American Pale Ale

Coopers Pale Ale

Muntons Yorkshire Bitter

Bohemian Pilsner (using Morgan's Golden Saaz Pilsner)

I.P.A.* (from Dave's Home Brew, Sydney)

Morgans's Bishops Bitter

ESB Traditional Bitter

Morgan's European Lager

ESB Bavarian Lager

My Bohemian Pilsner is very disappointing. I accidently fermented at 25C, left to condition for 3 weeks at room temperature, tried a few (flat) and placed on heat mat for 10 days (still flat). So I know it was a lager yeast and I  screwed up! However, what to do? Spoke to Whats Brewing, Sydney and he was confident that it would come good in time...any ideas.

Also I am after a traditional Northern English bitter...Sam Smith's, Tetleys or Marstons's Pedigree. Any recipes based around kits or simple extract versions.

 Many thanks
