500g Brown Sugar

Both yeasts.

Alc 6.75% 

Notes; Went off like a bomb... the airlock was spewing black foam, and there was a fair bit to clean up off the ground.

Tasting notes: ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Heavy, dry, sweet, and smooth. Every bottle was enjoyed immensely.

Will do again, but add choc grain, and some hops (goldings maybe). 10/10!
